The great and the good of the VM industry foregathered at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London to celebrate the best in creativity and design in visual merchandising and display. More than 400 individuals from the industry gathered at the seventh annual VM & Display Awards to laud some of the most outstanding schemes to be installed up and down the highstreet over the last year.
Among the winners were Mulberry For Best Store Concept, Nicole Farhi for Best Multiple Christmas Window, Stockport Council for Best Out of Town Window and Harrods for the new Most Eco-Friendly Scheme category. The star of the night, however, was Harvey Nichols, which won three awards overall for Best Sale Window, Best Use of Mannequins and the big one, Best Window.
